Providing Effective Feedback

Objective:

To provide workplace managers with a simple framework for effective, impactful employee feedback.

Audience:

Managers, with a focus on early-career managers

Learning Need:

Due to rapid scaling and expansion, a company created several new teams headed by managers with limited management experience. After one round of semi-annual performance reviews it became clear the managers were struggling to give effective feedback. This training was developed in response to that need, and was added to a suite of manager trainings available to all managers across the company.

Day 1 Onboarding

Objective:

To guide a new employee through the onboarding sequence, essential HR paperwork, and digital tool set up on their very first day of employment.

Audience:

New employees to the company

Learning Need:

This Day 1 onboarding module helps a new employee avoid overwhelm and feel welcome by providing step-by-step guidance and instructions to support with the numerous tasks involved with starting a new job, such as to completing HR paperwork, configuring a company computer and accessing company-specific tools and compliance training.​

This training is accompanyed by PDF checklists to empower employees to keep track of their progress.
