Katherine Lambert
Learning solutions for every environment

About Me
I excel at listening, observing and analyzing to assess learner needs, then crafting thoughtful, impactful learning solutions.
I bring more than a decade of experience designing and delivering learning across corporate, federal, and K–12 environments. My work spans instructional design, learning program management, facilitation, eLearning and blended learning, performance support, and learning evaluation.
As a teacher and school leader, I built a strong foundation in curriculum, facilitation, data analysis, and program management. I’ve since brought that experience to enterprise learning roles at Kaiser Permanente and USAID, partnering with leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to turn complex information and organizational needs into practical learning experiences.
